We actively engage in regular consultations with stakeholders across all policy levels, ensuring refugees inclusion in the decision-making processes that affect them. We also organise and participate in events with policymakers to raise awareness of refugees’ concerns and to promote better policy design. Additionally, we manage refugee reception and integration centres and deploy mobile teams to conduct outreach activities.
Thus, the Umbrella Refugee Committee acts as a bridge between the refugees and political actors to ensure that effective integration of forcibly displaced communities is being collectively addressed.
