Alphonse Munyaneza a \u00e9t\u00e9 l'un des membres fondateurs du Comit\u00e9 pour les R\u00e9fugi\u00e9s. Actuellement, il demeure une figure centrale apportant un soutien externe \u00e0 l'organisation. En tant qu'ancien r\u00e9fugi\u00e9 fort de 32 ans d'exp\u00e9rience sur le terrain dans le monde entier, il occupe d\u00e9sormais le poste d'Officier Principal de Protection du UNHCR en Belgique et au Luxembourg.
